Sandra Rose

Sandra started her career 30 years ago by studying hotel management. After her degree in economics, she worked in different continents, growing into leadership positions in countries such as Switzerland, the U.K., France, Vietnam and the U.A.E. Later in her executive roles as a hotel manager and financial controller, she gathered valuable experiences on how to build sustainable relationships and an excellent service culture. In 2005, she founded her consultancy firm, Masters of Service, to offer her insights helping organizations establish a strong service culture for themselves. Over many years of consultancy in retail, telecommunication, logistics and others, she realized that the core of every strong business relationship is: TRUST. Researching this topic her assumptions were confirmed, she subsequently co-founded her second company: NRICHED, home of TrustY.
