Charles has been coaching leaders for 27 years. An overarching intention in his work is that his clients live to their greatest potential as leaders and human beings.   Today, his work is focused on coaching leaders and leadership teams; delivering leadership development programs; and helping people build strong trust at work. Clients include leaders and teams in global corporations to small and mid-sized companies, NGOs, and government entities.

Charles is the author of The Thin Book® of Trust: An Essential Primer for Building Trust,  based on three decades of experience working with individuals and teams to build, maintain and restore trust. It has been read by thousands of leaders around the world and has been used by many more thousands of coaches, facilitators, trainers, and OD/HR/L&D professionals as a basis for their own work.

Amanda Blake

Amanda Blake specializes in scientifically grounded mind-body approaches to leadership development. She is the founder of embright, author of the groundbreaking book Your Body Is Your Brain, and creator of the Body = Brain course on the neuroscience of experiential learning. In addition to teaching about the art and science of embodiment, she works with progressive leaders worldwide to help them become their best self, enjoy life more, and make a bigger contribution. Dan has been fortunate to live, work, and travel in many parts of the world. These experiences showed him that all people are attempting to live meaningful lives and the richness we can encounter in the different ways humans solve their shared challenges. Dan is a coach, mentor coach, teacher, and author who is passionate about developing emotions as a practical life skill. He is the author of multiple books on emotional literacy and the co-creator of Emoli emotion flash cards. Dan’s vision is a world where emotional literacy is part of every person’s education.
