Like most things in life, these things are sometimes in conflict, or at least competition, with one another. There was so much to talk about the reality of COMPETING DOMAINS that we split it into 2 parts. In this first episode, Charles and Ila discuss what happens when we forgo critical activities in favour of others, how this can damage trust (and put reaching your goals at risk), and how we can slow down to live and work more intentionally.
