Being vulnerable in the workplace can be challenging for people. Yet trusting others is inherently an act of vulnerability: we can’t get to trust without it. Deciding when, with whom, how, and to what extent to demonstrate vulnerability is part of the competency of trust-building. Discussing these decisions makes for a deeply human conversation between Ila and Charles.
